About the role

You will play a key role in developing advanced electronic solutions for the semiconductor and medical industries, contributing from initial concept and definition to market introduction and product lifecycle support. You will be responsible for designing, testing, validating, and optimizing electronic systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, quality, and reliability. Working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, mechanics, and manufacturing, you will transform innovative ideas into robust products. Beyond design activities, you will take a hands-on approach to prototyping, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, while preparing and reviewing technical documentation and design specifications. You will also support production and industrialization efforts, helping to resolve technical challenges and ensuring a smooth transition from development to manufacturing throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and validate digital electronic circuits for embedded computing systems, including FPGA-based architectures and high-speed interfaces

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, and systems engineers) to ensure seamless integration of electronics into complete systems

  • Perform component selection, schematic capture, design documentation, and PCB layout reviews for digital designs

  • Perform signal integrity and high-speed interface simulations

  • Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and validation of digital boards, including analysis and documentation of test results

  • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) principles

  • Document designs and validation activities while ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality processes

What we offer

  • An environment where your ideas matter, with short communication lines, high dynamics, and real ownership

  • A culture built on Trust, Collaboration, and Excellence, embedded in everything we do

  • Extensive career opportunities, with progression across a wide range of functions and projects

  • A young, innovative, and international working environment where initiative, creativity, and entrepreneurship are encouraged and rewarded

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

  • Affinity with digital electronics, hardware design, and validation

  • Knowledge of digital communication interfaces such as SPI, I²C, Ethernet, LVDS, MIPI, and CLHS

  • Knowledge of FPGA-based hardware design and development

  • Familiarity with CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics is a plus

  • Familiarity with measurement and debugging tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) and hardware test methodologies is a plus

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Decisive, pragmatic, and able to move efficiently from concept to implementation
